THIS MEMORANDUM Ur LEASE is made and entered into by and
between THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a chartered municipal
corporation, herein called "Lessor", and LINDA C. JACKSON. an unmarried woman and
GEORGE T. PFLEGER, Trustee ** herein called "Lessee", to
witness that:
