CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT
The undersigned, CARROLL B. BEEK, BARTON BEEK
and JOSEPH ALLAN BEEK, JR., as Lessors in the Lease and
Amendment of Former Lease referred to in the Assignment from
THEODORE R. SCHONLAW, as Trustee of the DIARY MARGARET SCHONLAW
1978 TRUST, to THEODORE R. SCHONLAW, individually, covering
Lot 17, Beacon Bay, Newport Beach, California, and H.
SEYMOUR BEEK, beneficiary under the Will of J. A. BEEK,
deceased, and as an heir to his estate, hereby consent
to the assignment of that certain Lease referred to in said
Assignment, without waiving their right under said Lease
and Amendment of Former Lease to consent to future assign-
ments of the leasehold interest thereunder; and hereby accept
said THEODORE R. SCHONLAW as lessee under said Lease, to
all intents and purposes as though said assignee were the
original lessee thereunder.
