Roll Call and Introductions:
Mayor Rosansky called the meeting to order at 8:05 AM, and requested introductions of the assembled
members, staff and guests.
UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Don Marchenao — Restaurant Week will be January 20-24, 2008, and American Express will be
one of the Corporate Sponsors.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Minutes of October 17, 2007
Motion: Gary DiSano to approve
Second: Mike McNamara
Vote: Unanimous
2. North Newport Center Development Agreement — Presentation by Mayor Rosansky and
Mayor Pro Tem Selich
Mayor Rosansky and Mayor Pro Tem Selich reported on the summary of principal provisions and
transfer of development rights for the North Newport Center Development Agreement.
3. EQAC Representative's Report
Ken Drellishak reported on the supplemental EIR for Hoag Health Center.
ITEMS FOR A FUTURE AGENDA
. Jennifer Gonzalez- Discussing the possibilities of having a College (Coastline Community College)
in the City.
