MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
THIS MEMORANDUM OF LEASE is made and entered into by and between THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH, a chartered municipal corporation, herein called "Lessor", and
Thomas Russell Capehart and Karen King Capehart as trustees of the Thomas
Capehart and Karen Capehart 1990 Trust, herein called "Lessee", to witness that:
Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, commencing on December 20. 1996 and ending on
July 1, 2044, on the terms and conditions set forth in that certain lease by and between
the parties hereto dated /a --:2v ~- 9 6 , all the terms and conditions of
which lease are made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, all those certain
premises in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
This Memorandum of Lease is to amend Property Description only.
Lot 1 as shown on the map filed in Book 9, Pages 42 and 43 of Record of
Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Orange, State of California,
together with Lot H and I as shown on said map, except the southeasterly 10.00 feet of
said Lot 1.
