B. Lessee desires to terminate said lease and all rights tothe possession of the |oayn

AGREEMENT
Lessee agrees to terminate the lease and vacate the Dremises as described herpin above as of
April 22. /994. and Lessor agrees to accept such termination and the premises, and Lessor and Leasee
agree to discharge and release each other from all obligations under the lease as of said date.
