The protest.of.Butler Bros against the doing of certain street improvement;' 'work at this time was filed with other protests of a _i!%c. nature. { The'plumbers bond filed by Mr `Nilson was returned to him for the � attaching of proper document showing power of attorney. L' The Electicians bond of the Collins Cowl Cc was accepted and filed on s motion of trustee S.R.Jumper,seconded by trustee C.H.Way and carried. Protests against certain street improvements at the.Balboa end.of town, were ordered filed and Street Supt Barker was instructed to furnish U-" City _Attorney Bishop names and addresses of the protestants. New Business: The Clerk was instructed to transfer;�3000.00 from the general to the street fund. `.. Demands #794 to 11890 approved by the finanee committee were presented and were allowed and warrants ordered drawn on motion of trustee C.H.Way seconded by trustee H.A.Robinson and carri(od. President Parkinson declared recess until 7 F.M. At.seven oclock P.M.the meeting was called to order by President Parkinson y. The Clerk reported he had received no bids for the doing of the required -work in the dirt surfacing of the alleys at East Newport.
