The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach met in adjourned
sessd)on.tim- and place above 'shown.
In the absence of President Parkinson the clerk called the meetiner
to order and on motion.of trustee H.A.Robinson,seconded by trustee
G.P.Plilson and carried trustee S.R.Jumper was elected President
pro -tem and at took the chair and ordered the roll called;showing
there were present trustees S.R.Jumper;H.A.Robinson;C.H.Way and
G.P.Wilson.Absent trustee W.K.Parkinson.
The minutes of December 6th,1915.were read and approved.
Various communications were read and referred to proper order of
business.
Unfinished business : - Resolution- -'48,being a resolution for change of
grade on Surf Avenue and other avenues and boulevards and on Alvarado
street and on other streets and on Montero Ave;and other avenues in the
city of Newport Beach,California,came on regularly for second
reading and final passage.On motion of trustee. H.A.Robinson seconded.
by trustee G.P.Wilson and carried,the roll was called and resolution
#48 passed by the affirmative vote of the following named trustees.
S. R. Jumper.i:.A.Robinson.C.H.'.'Jay and G P.:'Jil_son.Absent trustee '.7.P.
Parkinson.And was thereupon approved by the President of the Board
of Trustees pro -tem and certified by the clerk of the city of
Newport Beach.
City Engineer 'Aebber presented his resignation effective Jany 3rd
1916 and the sgme was accepted on motion of trustee C.H.Way seconded
by trustee H.A.Rcbinson and,carried.
Loved by trustee H.A.Robinson seconded by trustee C.H.Way and
carried that adjournment be taken sine- die .Ad*ourned.
