This correspondence is in regards to the completed landscape and irrigation at the aforementioned
property.
Stonewood Homes purchased and placed drought tolerant/minimal water plants and trees specifically
per city approved plans (page C-2 Delta 2) throughout the property. A drip system on a Rainbird timer
with automatic shutoffs valves through the property has been installed with a backflow shutoff system.
The set water schedule is below.
Tuesday 6:00 PM- 20 minutes
Saturday 6:00 AM- 20 minutes
This schedule can be reduced in winter months.
