ACKNOWLEGMENT OF NO CONSTRUCTION -RELATED NOISE
ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY IN HIGH DENSITY AREAS
On June 11, 2019, the City Council adopted an ordinance restricting
construction -related noise on Saturday in High Density Areas effective
August 12, 2019.
I acknowledge that any construction -related noise, such as operating a
power equipment or machine in a manner which produces noise, is not
allowed on Saturday or Sunday in High Density Areas in accordance with
Newport Beach Municipal Code 10.28.040. As the owner of the property, I
am responsible to ensure all persons working on my property comply with
this provision of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.

Pile #1 = 14" sq. x 33' long
Pile #2 = 14" sq. x 34' long
Pile #3 = 14" sq. x 30' long
Locations:
1) Pile # 3 (Closest to the Seawall) was installed today.
2) Pile #1 Installed today.
Work is complete for the areas listed.
