No additional noise mitigation is necessary. The installation was measured on Friday, January 24, 2020, using a Larson Davis Model 700 Type 2 Sound Level Meter. The installation was observed to consist of a single Jandy VS Plus pump, a single Jandy Water Feature pump and a Mastertemp 400 heater unit, all located in a mechanical closet. The measurement microphone was placed at the top of the nearest property line wall directly opposite the mechanical closet. The measurement reported a level of 51 dBA with both pumps and the heater unit operating simultaneously. This level complies the City's 55 dBA noise limit.
