New Street Sweeping Service Agreement
Purpose and Need
• Existing 10 -year contract expires May 31, 2020
• Request for Proposals issued in January, prior to COVID-19 crisis
• Existing sweeping operator does not wish to extend the contract
at current pricing
• Staff recommends a new service provider based on the Proposals
to provide the best value to the City
