Re: Item No. 17 — Resolution No. 2020-103: Intent to Override the Airport
Land Use Commission Finding of Inconsistency for the Residences at
4400 Von Karman Project (PA2020-61)
Staff requests removing Item No. 17 from the City Council agenda. The project
(The Residences at 4400 Von Karman) was heard by the Airport Land Use
Commission (ALUC) for John Wayne Airport on November 19, 2020 and found to
be consistent with their Airport Environs Land Use Plan. No further consideration
to override ALUC is necessary.
The project will be introduced to the City Council at the January 12, 2021 City
Council meeting.
