A review of references for S & H Civilworks shows satisfactory completion of similar contracts for the City and other municipalities. The low bid was 0.7 percent below the Engineer's Estimate of $685,000. The bid was very competitive as concrete prices have been trending up in recent months due to cement supply disruptions from the COVID Pandemic, wildfires and rolling blackouts. Pursuant to the Contract Specifications, the Contractor will have 90 consecutive working days to complete the work.
