- All of the highest quality PEX and copper piping and corresponding fittings to complete the re-pipe.
- Copper stub outs at all fixtures. (Copper is the preferred finish – it makes future repairs easier and
is more damage resistant.)
- Connection to all existing shower valves and tubs.
- Shutoff valves and new supply lines at all fixtures.
- New hose bibs.
- New main house shutoff.
- New water heater shutoff.
- The piping will be securely strapped.
- The PEX piping will be insulated in any space where appropriate.

of errors in the plans and specifications or from preventing building operations being carried on thereunder
when in violation of the California Building Code or of any provision of the Newport Beach Municipal Code .

after issuance, or where the work commenced is suspended or abandoned for six months, shall expire, and
fees paid shall be forfeited.
