vacated and returned in the same condition as the premises
were at the execution of the lease, ordinary wear and tear
excepted, not later than Pdarch 1st, 1956.
In the event that you may have the building
vacated prior to the March first data, it would be apprec-
iated if you could notify the City to this effect.
Our lease agreement with you has been entirely
satisfactory and we trust you will find a suitable location
to continue your business operation.
