On flat section, remove existing rock roof. Install new Carlisle 60mil TPO with 1 layer FR10 fire sheet
underlayment. On flat carport section, replace 4 roofing support posts affected by termite damage.
Sloped section is 20 squares (including 4 square detached garage), flat is 8 squares.

of errors in the plans and specifications or from preventing building operations being carried on thereunder
when in violation of the California Building Code or of any provision of the Newport Beach Municipal Code .
Except as otherwise stated, a permit for construction under which no work is commenced within six months
after issuance, or where the work commenced is suspended or abandoned for six months, shall expire, and
fees paid shall be forfeited.
