DISCUSSION: The contract for the widening of the Pacific Coast Highway at the Balboa Bay Club, Phase II has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. When the Bay Club wall is extended in the future, this sidewalk and conduit will be constructed. The Bay Club paid for the cost of the curb and gutter and side- walk. The contractor is Lynam -Wood Construction Company of Corona del Mar, California. Engineering was by Raub, Bein, Frost and Associates of Costa Mesa, California. The contract date of completion was October 11, 1968.
