STATIC PRESSURE FORM
DATE: 3/19/19
LOCATION: 1908 Tustin Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627
STANDARD OPERATING PRESSURE RANGE: 65.1 — 70 psi
In providing information, documentation and/or estimates concerning water
pressure within Mesa Water District's ("Mesa Water") water system, Mesa Water
cannot, and does not, provide any warranty or guarantee of any particular water
pressure at any point in time. While Mesa Water exceeds its regulatory requirements
of 40 psi, events and circumstances beyond Mesa Water's control (including, but not
limited to, water supply limitations, system demands and operational needs) may cause
variations in water pressure outside of the stated parameters. Pressure will vary due to
water system demands and operational needs. Mesa Water notes that the information
provided in this document is drawn from a pre-existing hydraulic model.
