California 92632 TO: ACTING DESIGN ENGINEER Vl December 5, 1969 FROM: Assistant Public Works Director SUBJECT: STORM DRAINAGE ON OCEAN BOULEVARD BETWEEN HELIOTROPE AND GOLDENROD IN CORONA DEL MAR It is requested that a drainage study be prepared and cost estimates made for correcting the inadequate drainage facility in the subject area. I suspect that this is going to be a complex problem, and that alternative solutions will be possible. Therefore, after you have completed a preliminary review, we should probably meet to discuss the alternate concepts before final estimates are prepared. We would like to have the estimates ready in time for consideration in the 1970 -71 capital improvements budget. 4--"— Benjamin B.
