Dear Mr. O'Neal:
I understand that your
prosecutor to represent
Code violations at the
Municipal Court.
city is looking for a

As you know, at the present time I represent the City
of Costa Mesa in their prosecution cases in that
same court. I have another attorney who assists me
in the prosecution and between the two of us, we
appear four days a week in that court.
I feel that my assistant, Bruce Chandler, and myself
would be able to vigorously represent the City of
Newport Beach in prosecuting their Municipal Code
violations. I have discussed this possibility with
Judge Donald Dungan, who concurs in my opinion.
I can assure you that the three judges at the court
are well satisfied with our performance, and Judge
Dungan has authorized me to use his name as a
reference in this regard.
Therefore, I am at this time prepared to offer to the
City of Newport Beach two prosecutors to represent
them in their Municipal Code violations for a total
fee of $800.00 per month.
