Since we are not electrical contractors, nor have we had much experience in electrical installation design, we will have to agree that your design is very adequate and I'm sure will be very effective. I would like to make a couple of recommendations, however: (1) We have had to change the metering at Mariners to correspond with the recommen- dations of the players using those courts. They indicated they would rather have a 25¢ for one -half hour metering system, rather than 50 for one full hour. We have changed the meters at Mariners to correspond with their wishes, so we might as well start out with a half -hour metering system at Las Arenas. Additionally, we have hadto build some sub- stantial metal plates around the meter boxes to prevent them from being mutilated by vandals. I would like you to look at the installation at Mariners and incorporate in the design this same type of a protective cage, so that it can be constructed at the same time that the meters are installed. (2) I have reviewed your design in accordance with the existing facility at Mariners and it looks like we should be able to get the same candle- power and the same lighting as is at the Mariners facility. Other than that, we have no comments or recommendations to make. STEWART CCS :dm
