All equipment wor" on the right of way ust maintain a minimum Clearance of 15 feet frogs all overhead conductors. 2.. Adequate access to all struct ve aaut be provided and at no time is there to be any inttrferenca with the free movement of Edison Company equipment and materials. OFla stile materials must not be stored on the right of way. 4. Construction area must be watered down periodically so as to prevent dust contamination of Edison Company insulators. 5O. Any treas or plants within the license area shall be maintained by the City of Newport Beach and shall not exceed a height of 18 feet. Patrol roads ten feet wide plus an additional two -foot wide structured soil fill area and capable of supporting 40 tons on a three -axle truck must be provided as indicated on tha attached prints. 8. Feeder lines and /or sprinklers installed on the right of way must be capable of withstanding a gross load of 40,t=3 on a three -axle truck. 9. Suitable identification markers shall be installed indicating the location and depth of any underground �1 lines and /or pipelines. 10 Any earth disturbed within the right of way and /or backfilling shall be compacted to ninety percent in order to avoid future erosion. 11 Due to the operation and maintenance o£ the various lines, including the washing of insulators, the Edison Company ? will be held safe and harmless from any claims or damage resulting from said operation. 12. Parking of vehicles on the right of way will not be permitted. 13. Commercisd -type driv ys 20 feet wide with rolled curb capable of supporting 40 tons on a three -axle truck shall be installed, as shown on the attached prints. 14. The City of Newport Beach shall be responsible for maintaining the Paseo System and all costs associated with said maintenance. In addition, the City of Newport Beach shall be responsible for any re- Vaving required on the Passe System resulting from Edison s construction of future underground electrical lines. - 1 .5. Final plans, including grading plans must be submitted to Southeastern Transmission Division for approval prior to coxmancemant of any construction.
