Good morning Jaime, We have reviewed the final ordinance and have concluded that the final ordinance is consistent with the Commission’s approval in November. We will be preparing a report for the March hearing recommendation that the Commission concur with the Executive Director’s determination that the City’s action regarding Cottage Preservation is legally adequate. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Amrita Spencer | Coastal Planner CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION South Coast District Office 301 E.
