A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH INITIATING AN AMENDMENT
TO TITLE 20 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING SIGN REGULATIONS FOR THE BALBOA
PENINSULA
WHEREAS, Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code authorizes the Planning
Commission to adopt a resolution initiating amendments to the Zoning Code of the City of Newport
Beach; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission intends to initiate an amendment to revise
Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to establish new sign regulations for the Balboa
Peninsula.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Newport Beach to initiate an amendment to Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to
establish new sign regulations for the Balboa Peninsula.
ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2000, by the following vote, to wit:
