We hope that this additional information will be adequate for you to complete your review. Item Response 1 Noted. 2 N/A. There are no new accessory or detached structures, masonry or concrete walls over 3.5' high, or retaininq walls proposed with this addition/remodel. 3 Noted. All plans have been signed. 4 Area drain at side yard provided in lieu of drainage swale. New drain line to tie into existing drainage system. See sheet G-1. 5 TG and INT callouts have been added.
