I came across six original permits for the individual fishermen at the Dory Fleet, that had not yet been executed/attested to by CCO. This was because between our department and yours, we were trying to get the insurance requirements satisfied to cover this group. From the emails in the file (the one giving the ultimate direction is.attached), I believe what was decided upon was that the insurance coverage that was obtained for the entire Fleet, was sufficient to cover the individual permittees, as long as the Permittees provided waivers of Property Coverage. Correct me if I am wrong, however. (The waivers for the six permittees are attached). Can you please confirm either way, or let me know what information I am missing, so that we can move forward with finalizing these?
