DISCUSSION: The 1980 -81 budget contains an appropriation of $48,000 from the Park and Recreation Fund to prepare plans, specifications, and a construction esti- mate for developing a City -owned parcel at San Miguel and Spyglass Hill Roads. Development will include a multi - purpose athletic field, small park- ing lot, walks, playground equipment, picnic area, irrigation system, and drought resistant, low maintenance type plantings. A public restroom will be designed, but may or may not be built in the initial construction phase. The location and schematic plan of development are shown on the attached sketch.
