RE: \\Approval for Association Wall Footing — 2001 Port Ramsgate
The Harbor View Community Association Board of Directors understands that the wall
being constructed at 2001 Port Ramsgate by the Advanced Painting 8� Wood Repair, the
Association's approved contractor, is specified to have a large footing underneath per City
requirements.
The Association understands that this footing is going to be impeding into the
Association's property by approximately 2 feet, but will be subterranean beneath the
ground. The Association also understands that the actual wall is being rebuilt in it's
current location and will not be moved.
The Board of Directors approves for this footing to be in the common area, below grade,
