The County of Orange (County) is in the process of transferring Tract Map 16604
within the Newport Coast Planned Community, Planning Area PA 44A, to the City

Newport Beach (City). This transmittal is a part of the process of transferring

documents from the County to the City for development within the area covered by
Annexation CA01-07. Your address is included in Tract Map 16604, PA 44A,

Newport Coast Planned Community, and will be included as a part of the transfer
& Construction

which is anticipated to occur September 29, 2022.

& CUF been finalized and is still in the process of completion.

OC ConstructionThe permit listed above will be finalized with the County, and transferred to the
City, upon completion. To prevent confusion, residents are encouraged not to
initiate additional permits until after the estimate transfer date of September 29,
OC Environmental 2022. Any permits applied for after the transfer date, will be processed and issued
Resources by the City.
