within the Newport Coast Planned Community, Planning Area PA 44A, to the City

Annexation CA01-07. Your address is included in Tract Map 16604, PA 44A,

OC Facilities To prevent confusion during the transfer, residents are encouraged not to initiate

& CUF any permits with the County of Orange until after the estimate transfer date of
September 29, 2022. Any permits applied for after the transfer date, will be
