The County of Orange (County) is in the process of transferring Tract Map 16604
within the Newport Coast Planned Community, Planning Area PA 44A, to the City

of Newport Beach (City). This transmittal is a part of the process of transferring

Annexation CA01-07. Your address is included in Tract Map 16604, PA 44A,

OC Facilities To prevent confusion during the transfer, residents are encouraged not to initiate

& CUF any permits with the County of Orange until after the estimate transfer date of
September 29, 2022. Any permits applied for after the transfer date, will be
