Pugh 115 Diamond Avenue Newport Beach, CA 92662 Re: Address Assignment Lot 10, Block 2, Balboa Island Section Assessor Parcel Number 050 102 18 Dear Mr. Pugh: Per you request received by our department on June 11, 2014, this letter shall confirm the assignment of 115 ½ Diamond Avenue for the rear unit of the existing two-unit residential development located at 115 Diamond Avenue. The 115 Diamond Avenue address will remain as the address of the front unit on the property. We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
