Dear Mr. West:
Per your requests received by our department on July 28 and July 31, 2014, this letter
shall confirm the assignment of 1227 W. Balboa Boulevard to the rear unit (accessed
from side) of the new two-unit residential development located at 1225 W. Balboa
Boulevard. The 1225 W. Balboa Boulevard address will remain as the address of the
front unit (accessed directly from W. Balboa Boulevard).
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address.
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
