Dear Mr. Cox,
In response to your request dated April 28, 2014, we are changing your current address
of your home from 129 Via Koron to 435 Piazza Lido.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your
responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the
United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property.
Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any
responses to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that
address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least
four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and clearly visible from the
street.

Re: Change of address, 129 Via Koron
Dear Melinda Whelan:
We are near completion of building our new home and would like to change the address
for safety (fire/police), mail,. and practical reasons. Our old house entry was on Via
Koron and our new entry is on Piazza Lido. Anyone looking for the house with the
Koron address would be confused.
At your counter we discussed formally changing the address to 435 Piazza Lido which
we would like to do. I hope this letter suffices but if not please let me know. Thank you
