Dear Mr. Nguyen,
In response to your request dated February 25, 2013, we are verifying the address
21109 Newport Coast Drive. The commercial space was divided under building permit
number X2012-1609 and 21109 Newport Coast Drive was assigned to the newly created
tenant space.
Staff has notified appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your
responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the
United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property.
Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any
response to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that
address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least
four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and clearly visible from the
street.
