Dear Ms. Hsu:
Per you request received August 29, 2013, the house meter located at the above referenced
property will be addressed 2521 (M) Eastbluff Drive. It is important to remember to keep the
“M” as part of the address since this address is for metering purposes only. This address cannot
be used as a business address or a street address.
Please follow the instructions of the utilities so far as how labeling is to be handled on the
meters. It is your responsibility to notify each utility of the house meter address.

Unfortunately, the address 2549 is being used on the other switchboard that’s on site. There are 2 switchboards
feeding that plaza and here are their corresponding addresses
Switchboard #1: 2521, 2523, 2525, 2527, 2529, 2531, House panel (this is the one we need an address for)
Switchboard #2: 2545, 2547, 2549, 2549-A, 2549-B, 2555 ½
If we could get a number from Switchboard #1 that would be good. Maybe 2521-M? Please feel free to give me a
call in case you have questions. Thanks.

Subject: Eastbluff Shopping Plaza - Meter needs address number

Hi Jason-
We’re in the process of upgrading and replacing (2) switchboards at this commercial plaza located at 2549
Eastbluff Drive. One of the switchboards currently has a house meter with NO ADDRESS, which serves site lighting
and is billed to the Irvine Company. I’ve included an aerial view of the site showing the locations of the
switchboard and the house panel. There is also a photograph of the switchboard that we replaced in case you need
it. SCE will not release a meter until a numerical address has been assigned to that location. We’ve submitted
plans and they’ve been approved, they’re currently in the middle of construction. The plan check # is 0701-2013.
