Dear Mr. Dyke,
In response to your request dated March 20, 2013, we are changing your current
address of your condominium unit (APN 938-015-59) from 413 ½ Jasmine Avenue to
3029 First Avenue as the rear unit faces and takes access off First Avenue. The other
condominium unit on the lot (APN 938-15-58) will remain addressed as 413 Jasmine
Avenue.
Staff will notify appropriate City Departments of this change. However, it is your
responsibility to notify all other affected agencies, which include, but are not limited to the
United States Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, and utilities servicing the property.
Please be sure to alert your local telephone carrier of this change to ensure that any
response to “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. Be advised that
address nameplates shall not exceed two square feet in area, numbers should be at least
four inches high, shall be of contrasting color to the background, and clearly visible from the
street.
