Assessor Parcel Numbers 938-014-38 and 938-014-39
Dear Ms. Stiassni:
Per you request received by our department on October 27, 2014, we are assigning the
address 3330 Fourth Avenue to the rear unit of the new two-unit project since the main
entrance is taken from Fourth Avenue. The 770 Marguerite Avenue address will remain as
the address of the front unit on the property.
This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are
dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high,
of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
