Sweeney edwardmsweeney@gmail.com (714) 350-6794 Re: 403 Heliotrope Avenue – Address Assignment Lot 17, Block 737 of the Corona del Mar Subdivision Assessor Parcel Number 459 172 16 Dear Mr. Sweeney: Per you request received by our department on November 14, 2014, we are assigning the address 2820 Bayside Drive to the rear unit of the new two-unit project since the main entrance is oriented towards Bayside Drive and 401 Heliotrope Avenue for the front unit on the property since the main entrance is oriented towards Heliotrope Avenue. 403 Heliotrope Avenue will no longer be an active address once constructed. This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
