Dear Mr. Kinderen:
As you requested, we are authorizing addressing for the three residential units on this
lot as 416, 418, and 420 Emerson.
We will notify City Departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to inform your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
