Dear Ms. Lundahl:
Per the property owner’s request dated September 2, 2014, we are changing the current
address of your condominium unit at 600 ½ Avocado Avenue to 2210 Third Avenue
since it is facing Third Avenue.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers
should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly
visible from the street.

Dear Benjamin
We would like to request an address change for the property we own at 600 1/2 Avocado Avenue
in Corona Del Mar to a Third Avenue address. We face Third and not Avocado and hence our
mail and deliveries always are lost hence the request
