Dear Ms. Wells:
Per you request received by our department on June 6, 2013, this letter shall confirm
the assignment of 720 ½ Poinsettia Avenue for the rear unit of the newly constructed,
two-unit condominium project located at 720 Poinsettia Avenue. The 720 Poinsettia
Avenue address will remain as the address of the front unit on the property.
This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are
dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high,
of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
