Address Additions: Tract 16924 and Parcel Map NP2009-010
Dear Mr. Fritzsche: Lots B and C (two of the non-residential lots in Tract 16924) plus a separate lot at 1602
Orchard Lane were reconfigured through Parcel Map NP2009-010 to create one
residential parcel and one driveway-entrance parcel. Parcel 1, the residential site of Parcel Map NP2009-010, has been assigned the address 20256 Estuary Lane. An irrigation meter on the adjacent driveway Parcel A will be addressed 20254 (IM) Estuary Lane.
When pulling the irrigation meter building permit, please be sure to use the (IM) in the address because that tells us the address is neither a residence nor a commercial suite. We will notify City departments; however, when the development is completed, it will be
your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
The address numbers should be at least four inches in height, of contrasting color to
