Dear Matt,
As you requested, we are adding suite number, Suite “125”, to the current address 1000 Quail
Street.
This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service,
Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service
carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The
address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background,
and clearly visible from the street.

Hello Makna,
Thank you for returning my call. This is my formal request for a letter for
USPS stating that we have Suite 125. This suite already existed with an outside
entrance; we had one tenant using it and suite 120. Once that tenant left we
rented out the space to a new tenant. We assumed that because it fell between
suite 120 and 130 it was suite number 125. Please see below for the information
that you’ve requested:
