Dear Mr. Kelich,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 119 41st Street to Lot 19, Block
41. Currently, the lot is under the address of 121 41st Street and has the APN No.
423-311-20. Please refer to the attached exhibit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform
all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service
carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.

Hello, David.
I spoke to you a while back and you said to email you when our home demolition is complete. Demolition will be
completed today at 121 41st Street. The home was sitting on two lots and we need to obtain a legal address for the
second lot. I presume it would be “119” since the houses move in increments of two and “119” has yet to be assigned.
Please let me know what we need to do in order to formally be assigned that second address.
