Dear Mr. Gadol:
Per your request, we are changing the address for the rear unit of the existing
two-unit residential development located at 128 29th Street. The 128 29th Street
address will remain as the address of the front unit on the property; however, the
rear will be changed from 2809 Balboa Boulevard to 128 ½ 29th Street.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform
all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service
carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.

I recently closed on a duplex in NB located at 128 29th St., and the “back” unit was previously addressed as 2809 W
Balboa due a condo conversion the sellers were working on. However, I would like the address for the unit changed
back to 128 1/2 29th Street which my agent said you should be able to handle. I have attached proof of ownership and
closing. Please note that the property is owned by Gadol Enterprises, LLC, and I’m the sole owner and manager. Please
let me know if there is anything else you need from me etc.
