RE: Address Assignment – 3500 East Coast Highway APN 459-212-01
Dear Brian, Per your request received on June 4, 2015 (attached), we are assigning the following suite numbers for the new building located at 3500 East Coast Highway.
Office Suite (1st and 2nd Floor, Entry on Narcissus Avenue) Suite 100
Office Suite (1st Floor, Middle Suite, Entry on Narcissus Avenue) Suite 110
Retail Suite B (West side of building) Suite 120
Retail Suite A (East side of building) Suite 130
This letter should be used to inform all affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
