Dear Mr. Brown,
Per your request, we are changing the addresses of 3503 and 3503 ½ Seashore
Drive to 3503 Seashore Drive, Unit A and 3503 Seashore Drive, Unit B. Unit A
is assigned to the lower unit and Unit B is assigned to the upper unit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
