Assessor’s Parcel Number 423-061-06 (Separate APN number to be assigned)
As requested, we have assigned a new address of 3906 Channel Place for Lot 4, which
was previously identified as part of 3900 Channel Place. The residence on this existing
legal lot has been split to create a separate single-family dwelling from Lots 1-3.
Addressing will be as follows:
Lots 1-3- 3900 Channel Place
Lot 4- 3906 Channel Place
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments;
however, it is your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S.
Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the
local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are
dispatched to valid addresses.
