The existing suite numbers used for 404 and 408 Westminster Avenue will remain unchanged. 400 Westminster Suites 1, 2, 3, 4 404 Westminster Suites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 408 Westminster Suites 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street. I've tentatively designed some layouts. I've indicated all of the entrances. If the address split is approved we plan on purchasing and installing a USPS approved 4 unit mailbox to be placed on Westminster Avenue for the use of our tenants. The mail person wouldn't need to deliver to the actual suites. I hope this clears up any confusion. The address is 400 Westminster Avenue and we are looking to add Suite A, B, C & D. The building is approximately 3300 sq. ft. We would appreciate whatever you can do to make this happen.
